Another successful experiment in cooking...

Mostly, my creation... or rather, experiment heh...

Dinner menu consists of:

1) Grilled peppers
2) "Experimental but Yummy Special" Cod Fish
3) Joloff rice (this is VERY complicated to make. I had to buy THE BLENDER JUG to make it) hehe....
4) Beer or wine
5) Brandy bananas with vanilla ice cream for dessert

The dinner spread...

Main course... fish and rice

Side... grilled peppers

ALCOHOL...as my housemate said, "If you can't cook, just use lots of alcohol" (roll eyes...)
